Ginger began her career as an educator in 1990 and served as a High School Science Teacher, Middle and High School Assistant Principal, Middle School Principal, Learning Improvement Officer and Associate Director of Secondary Education in Texas and in Washington State. Her graduate education, which includes an M.A. in Educational Administration and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, along with her professional experiences Ginger fosters a commitment to equity-focused leadership, exceptional teaching in every classroom, and thoughtful, purposeful use of data to inform continuous improvement.
